MY PACKAGE IS LOST..WHAT NOW?
When checking out, make sure you are providing a safe & secure shipping address & confirm the address you entered is correct, as Electroluxe LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address. Electroluxe LLC ships your package according to the address that is provided at checkout. If the package is shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address based on the address provided by the customer at checkout, it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping once it’s returned to Electroluxe LLC to be shipped back out.
We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit or if your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If the address provided to Electroluxe LLC is incorrect, we cannot ship a new package until the original package Is received.
If your shipping address is incorrect please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can update the address before your package ships out. We will do our very best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
I RECEIVED MY ITEM BUT I THINK IT MIGHT BE DAMAGED?
Electroluxe LLC strives for top customer service. If you would like to issue a claim for a defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order. Submit your name, order number, the item name, a description of your damage and a picture. This information must be submitted via email only! Your repair will be authorized within 48 business hours. If any of the required information is not provided, this will delay the process.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason.
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing your order. You must provide your first and last name as well with your order number or forward your order confirmation.
Custom Neon Sign Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds once your custom neon sign item begins production. We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes, please double check for any spelling errors before and after placing your order. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us within 12 hours (this is your window time) after placing your order at email@example.com
POS EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT
These terms apply to the purchase of ElectroLuxe LED products. By placing an order, you accept and agree to the terms of this agreement.
Every effort is made to maintain sufficient stock of all the products we offer. Potential inventory shortages at our distributor may impact our ability to fulfill an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are, for any reason, unable to fulfill the order requirements. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email.
Inventory shortages or other fulfillment issues may cause delays. Your order is shipped using a carrier that we have selected. We cover all of the shipping fees. Once you place your order on our online store, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing & delivery with free shipping and 1-3 business days with express. Packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality ElectroLuxe line of products to you, our customers around the world, as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.
Every effort is made to facilitate the delivery of your order on time. After your order is processed and fulfilled, we will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of our selected shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.
